Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider which means I do not participate with any insurance companies.  At the end of each month, I will give you a receipt that has all the necessary coding in order for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.  Prior to our first meeting you may want to ask your insurance company if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, and if so, what percentage is covered.  Additionally, find out if you have a deductible that you must meet prior to getting reimbursed.

Payment

Cash and checks are accepted for payment. Payment should be given at the time of each visit.  We will discuss my fees during our initial phone conversation.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment otherwise I will need to charge for the full session.
